We are proud to offer a variety of products that are individually handcrafted to your specifications. Many of these products are available for same business day shipping if ordered before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), or the next business day afterwards. Estimated time to ship are listed with each product.

All shipments originate at our facility in Wallaceburg, Ontario, Canada.

We are proud to offer a variety of products that are individually handcrafted to your specifications. Many of these products are available for same-business-day shipping if ordered before 1:00 PM (America/Toronto), or the next business day if ordered after that time. Estimated time to ship is listed with each product.

All shipments originate from our facility in Wallaceburg, Ontario, Canada.

1. Example Shipping Timelines

For a product listed as 1 business day, if ordered before 1:00 PM (America/Toronto) during a business day, the product ships that day. If ordered after 1:00 PM (America/Toronto) during a business day, the product ships the next business day. If ordered on a non-business day, the product ships the next business day.

For a product listed as 3 business days, if ordered before 1:00 PM (America/Toronto) during a business day, the product ships on the third business day. If ordered after 1:00 PM (America/Toronto) during a business day, the product ships on the fourth business day. If ordered on a non-business day, the product ships on the third business day.

2. Determining Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and the weight, size, and destination of the items.

To get an economy shipping estimate, go to your cart, scroll to “Estimate Shipping & Taxes by entering your postal code,” enter your postal code, select the destination country, and click “Estimate.” At least one item must be present in your cart. Estimated shipping charges and taxes that we will collect on your behalf will be listed.

To select a shipping method at checkout, go to your cart, click “Checkout,” complete the shipping address information, and click “Shipping Options.” Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as it cannot be changed later. Once we receive shipping rates from our carriers, we will display your available options along with any flat-rate options available. Each item will display its rate and estimated delivery date.

3. Shipping Times

Estimates for shipping times are calculated at checkout. When selecting your desired method, you can view the estimated delivery time based on the carrier’s standard delivery time.

Eternity's Touch, Inc. is not responsible if the carrier fails to deliver the product by the estimated delivery timeline.

Shipments may be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the carrier used, including, depending on the shipment destination, UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, or another carrier selected by us.

4. Tracking Information

We email an advanced shipment notification at the time of shipment with the tracking number.

You can track your shipment using the link included in the email, our Order Status Page, or the tracking service of the applicable carrier.

It is your responsibility to have someone available to receive the shipment at the destination.

5. Remote Locations

Remote locations are postal codes or zip codes that are difficult to serve, including towns far from a shipper’s hub or towns that are infrequently served by shippers.

Only Economy or Standard shipping may be available when the shipping address is a remote location. Please allow an additional 2–5 days for delivery to these locations.

6. Country-Specific Shipping

The following country-specific shipping terms apply based on the destination of the shipment.

6.1. Canada

Orders shipped within Canada are shipped from Wallaceburg, Ontario.

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping speed, carrier availability, and the size and weight of the order.

Canadian shipments may be shipped using UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, or another carrier selected by us.

PO Box delivery may be available within Canada where Canada Post is an available shipping method.

6.2. United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are shipped from Wallaceburg, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping speed, carrier availability, and the size and weight of the order.

United Kingdom shipments may be shipped using UPS or another carrier selected by us. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

For United Kingdom shipments, we provide duty-free shipping to the customer. This means that, where import duties, import VAT, brokerage, customs, or similar import charges apply to the shipment, those charges will be handled by us or through our carrier arrangement and should not be charged to the customer on delivery.

If a United Kingdom customer is contacted by a carrier or customs authority for payment of import duties, import VAT, brokerage, customs, or similar import charges for an Eternity's Touch order, the customer should contact us before making payment so we can review and assist.

6.3. United States

Orders shipped to the United States are shipped from Wallaceburg, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping speed, carrier availability, and the size and weight of the order.

United States shipments may be shipped using UPS or another carrier selected by us. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Where customs documentation is required, we will prepare the shipment using the order information available to us.

7. International Shipping

We accept international orders over the web for delivery to most places.

The shipping prices shown are used to estimate the cost of the shipment, and shipping charges may change depending on the size and destination of international deliveries.

Most shipments will ship at our quoted rate and no change will be required. If we are required to adjust the shipping rate, we will contact you by email to confirm the new charge.

For this reason, we ask that you use an email address that you check regularly so that we can ship your order in a timely manner. It is also helpful to check your spam folder, as customer service emails may occasionally be filtered incorrectly.

8. Duties and Taxes

For shipments within Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, any duties, taxes, or import charges that we collect or agree to cover will be handled as part of the order or shipment process.

For United Kingdom shipments, we provide duty-free shipping to the customer as described in section 6.2.

For shipments outside Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, the receiver is responsible for paying any outstanding duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges unless we state otherwise in writing.

Eternity's Touch, Inc. is not responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges on shipments outside Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom unless we state otherwise in writing.

9. Preferred Courier

We make most of our shipments using UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post. From time to time, and at our discretion, we may ship using a different courier or carrier.

You will be notified of the carrier and tracking information by email through the advanced shipment notification sent at the time of shipment.

10. Language

Where we make these terms available in more than one language, the versions are intended to be equivalent and should be read together consistently.
